Riverson has rich experience as a researcher in food safety, quality control and quality assurance in the processing of foods. He has worked in various roles involving project design, management and coordination, as well as development of monitoring and evaluation indicators toward project milestone realization. Furthermore, he has concurrently managed programmes in agribusiness, research, technology transfer, internships, incubation, training and capacity building.
He has served as a consultant aide to several local and international organizations including African Lead II, AGRA, PEEVA, WAFM – PFL (CASH-P) and ICCO. He has also worked with several students, graduates and SMEs across the country.
Riverson holds a BSc. Biological Science from KNUST and MPhil in Food Science – Radiation Processing from the School of Nuclear and Allied Science (SNAS), University of Ghana.
